How personal and professional data are collected, used, and protected across FutureProofingCo and its affiliated brands.

Effective July 2025

Effective as of 1 July 2025, this Privacy Policy applies to all services and activities carried out under the FutureProofingCo group of brands, inter alia Access2Europe and Finance4Learning, as well as any affiliated or successor brands operating within the group. It explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you interact with our websites, forms, platforms, communications, or professional activities. This Policy also covers our presence and interactions on platforms such as Facebook, Google, HubSpot, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, and outlines the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in accordance with the EU AI Act and GDPR.

 

01 | Definitions

a. FPCO
Refers to F4L-NL BV, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (no. 75036800) and operating under the commercial brand names Access2Europe, Finance4Learning, and FutureProofingCo. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this Privacy Policy refer to F4L-NL BV.

b. Personal Data
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

c. Client / User

Examples include features provided by HubSpot (e.g., workflow organisation, automated reminders, and suggested responses) and Google (e.g., analytics insights or document editing assistance). Occasionally, we may use other reputable AI-based services to draft, summarise, or format content. Any such processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and final decisions are always made by a human. Any insights or recommendations generated by these tools are for informational purposes only. You may request information about how such tools are used in relation to your personal data.

08 | Use of Third-Party Platforms and Analytics
We maintain a presence on platforms such as HubSpot, Google, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we collect through your interactions with our content on these platforms, including form submissions, link clicks, messages, or participation in events or communications.
 
These platforms may also collect and process data independently for their own purposes under their own privacy policies. We do not control how these platforms use data they collect directly. We encourage you to review the relevant privacy terms of any platform you use when interacting with our content.
